people in the world suffer from more than 200 sleep disorders that have being found today. Each of this type of sleep disorder is unique and need to address properly with thorough medical knowledge.
However, I also found that there are lot of things that we neglect which impact for our sleep. Therefore, this book does not go in to deep with each sleeping problems, but I expect to discuss simple and general things about the sleep which will help any person to improve the quality of sleep.
This is the third version of this book and since I have written this book first time and it has being improved lot when it comes to the third.
